Families attending Reg 4 Champs this weekend:

Friday evening is now OPEN warm-up. Please arrive on deck by 4:15 for warm-up at 4:30 p.m. 

Both Saturday and Sunday morning sessions (12&U) will have warm-up take place during the B period beginning at 8:25 a.m. Please be on deck at least 10-15 min prior to that for smooth transition. On Saturday we are designated lane 8 in the deep end and on Sunday we are designated lane 3 and 4 in the deep end.

For our athletes 13 and older, you will be swimming in the afternoon session. The pool is to open for warm-up 15 min post morning session which is estimated to be around 12:15 p.m. You can follow along live on Meet Mobile to see if the meet is running on time.
