Hi makos, 

Tomorrow is our inaugural "meet". This meet is as much of a practice for y'all as it is for myself and staff. Please remain patient with us throughout the evening as we operate all of our equipment and timing system for the first time. The timeline is set to wrap around 5:30 p.m., but I want to encourage everyone to raise their hand and stop the meet (except within a race) with any questions or misunderstandings. This is our day to delay, learn from mistakes, and workout whatever kinks we might foresee. 

Attached you will find athletes entries listed in alphabetical order as well as the heat sheet itself. You are more than welcome to print your own, however, we will provide copies at OBAC as well. 

The facility will close to the public beginning at 3 p.m. with warm-ups beginning at 3:45 p.m. and the meet starting at 4:30 p.m. 

If all or any parent volunteers could be present by 4 p.m., that would be greatly appreciated to make positions are organized. We will have volunteers gather shortly after for a meeting. I only know of 3 parents who have offered their time. The assigned positions are as follows below (facility/team staff in blue): 

Thomas Lee - Console/Score Table 
Jess - Console/Score Table 
Dakota - Starter 
Baylen - CoC 
Skylar/Jake/Karis - rotating lifeguards and timers 
Katherine Chandler - L1 timer 
Amanda Vogel - L2 timer 

Ideally we'd have more volunteers participating. We will only be operating with 4 lanes of the pool due to this. Lane 5 will be closed and L6 will be the warm-up/cool down lane throughout the meet. 

A couple other important guidelines: 
- The diving well will be OFF LIMITS. 
- Please enter the pool area from the north-side gate near the pull-up bar. The entrances will be labeled appropriately.
- The shower rooms within each locker room are reserved for ATHLETES ONLY. Everyone will of course have access to the bathrooms. 
- If you wish to purchase any OBST merchandise, you may do so at the front desk of the facility.
