Happy Thursday!

Tomorrow there is NO PRACTICE as the majority of us will be attending the regional meet in Pensacola tomorrow night and throughout the weekend. 

Additionally, Monday-Wednesday is Mardi Gras break. Therefore I will not see everyone back on deck until Thursday the 19th. 

If you are a SES qualifier, you may swim on your own Monday and Wednesday next week as the facility will be open. I will leave workouts at the front desk if desired. The facility is closed on Fat Tuesday. 

I just sent out an e-mail regarding warm up assignments and heat sheets for this weekend. I recommend double checking your spam folder if you have yet to receive it.
